Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with fault-tolerant qubit systems
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Implement quantum error correction codes and mitigation strategies
- Architect hybrid AI-quantum computing workflows for enterprise clients
- Research emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, trapped ions)
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and research partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
