Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop novel quantum neural network architectures with 100+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing AI frameworks
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development and quantum programming
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and high-performance computing
- Proven track record of publishing research in quantum/AI journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
