Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for scalable problem-solving
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-optimized machine learning models
- Research and prototype novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to align software innovations with quantum hardware capabilities
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business solutions
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum-AI convergence trends through continuous R&D
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or advanced AI architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep knowledge of neural network optimization techniques
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Strong background in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Certification in quantum computing or quantum AI preferred
