Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and AI architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI into our core product ecosystem.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize model performance for real-time inference in high-latency environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, security) to define roadmap requirements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding AGI advancements and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments.
