Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for our flagship 'Vision 2026' product suite.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with our 2026 corporate goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize product features.
- Act as the primary product evangelist, presenting strategies and updates to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless go-to-market execution by partnering with sales and marketing departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling complex software products from ideation to launch.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Productboard).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-centric approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring cross-functional teams.
- Experience working on long-term strategic initiatives or future-focused product pipelines.
