Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models aligned with our 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing and future product lines.
- Establish best practices for scalable, secure, and ethical AI infrastructure.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure our tech stack remains at the cutting edge.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of elite data scientists and software engineers.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solution development, from conceptualization to deployment and monitoring.
- Drive innovation by identifying new business opportunities leveraging 2026-ready AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data pipeline architectures.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, enterprise-level technical projects from conception to launch.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about long-term technological shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
