Responsibilities
- Define Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for AI systems, focusing on scalability and long-term viability for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Research & Development: Evaluate emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI to integrate into our core stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of large-scale machine learning models, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
