Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of our 2026 AI infrastructure and product roadmap.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI capabilities with overarching business goals.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks, models, and hardware accelerators.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and AI governance.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and ethical deployment of enterprise-wide AI systems.
- Drive innovation by prototyping next-gen generative AI and autonomous agent architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in modern AI stacks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
