We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging documentation.
Responsibilities
- Research and write high-quality technical documentation, including API guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex technical workflows.
- Edit and review existing documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Work closely with the UX/UI team to ensure documentation aligns with product design and user experience.
- Maintain version control and ensure all documents are up-to-date.
- Participate in sprint planning and agile meetings on a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role.
- Experience with Markdown, HTML, or technical publishing tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
