Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for government clients
- Manage social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Create compelling content including white papers, case studies, and policy briefs
- Coordinate with design team to produce visually engaging assets
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies for maximum policy impact
- Prepare monthly performance reports for stakeholder presentations
Qualifications
- 3+ years digital marketing experience with government/public affairs focus
- Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful B2B campaign execution
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing platforms
- Ability to navigate complex compliance requirements for federal clients
- Strong writing skills with ability to distill policy concepts into accessible content
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Experience working with DC-based advocacy organizations preferred
