Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve inter-departmental bottlenecks.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic solutions.
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of resources.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership to track performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all operational activities and compliance documentation.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff members to foster a cohesive team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar corporate role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites or branch offices within Ohio.
