Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package shipments using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Maintain organized inventory counts in WMS systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handovers
- Complete quality checks on outgoing products
- Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Reliable transportation to E Pratt Street location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working independently in low-light conditions
