Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Perform equipment maintenance checks and report operational issues
- Support efficient loading/unloading of trucks and container management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts with flexible scheduling
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
