Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety certifications
- Maintain organized inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
- Uphold strict safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Adapt to changing priorities during peak shipping seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation to Valencia Rd industrial area
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
