Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Inspect and package goods according to quality standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support loading/unloading of shipments using RF scanners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
