As a Night Shift Warehouse Staff member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and the satisfaction of our clients. You will work directly with our staffing team to ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Scan and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment as directed by management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, GHS standards, and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers of inventory and operational status.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
