Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure product availability.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure high standards are met.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using dock equipment, ensuring proper handling of all products.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure operational flow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Equipment: Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation to arrive on time for night shifts.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
