Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing tasks including picking, packing, labeling, and scanning inventory with high accuracy.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and update records.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with strict punctuality.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
