Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking during the night shift.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently while adhering to strict quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload shipments from trucks, verifying contents against packing lists.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow complex instructions precisely.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
