Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors to move materials and products.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Housekeeping: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and handling inventory.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
