Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions and safety protocols
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
