Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners as required by the role.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and immediately report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the shift supervisor.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks during shift transitions and load-outs.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product integrity and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and mandatory weekend availability.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred; experience in logistics is a plus.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
