Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to SOPs.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
