The Role:
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying shipping manifests and ensuring proper documentation.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
