Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to handle our inbound and outbound logistics during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and software systems.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks; ensure all material handling equipment is inspected and maintained.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance in previous employment.
