Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor belts safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the night shift team lead to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during the designated shift window.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
