Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently within the designated timeframes.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Perform inventory counts, stock replenishment, and quality control checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper cargo handling.
- Document all daily activities and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
