Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently within strict deadlines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records to minimize shrinkage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
