Responsibilities
- Operate industrial machinery and material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Sort, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform daily quality control checks to ensure all orders meet client specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
