Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management tasks using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate efficient order picking/packing for 24/7 e-commerce fulfillment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Conduct quality control checks on inbound/outbound shipments
- Document transactions accurately in real-time tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak operational hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or distribution experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with data accuracy standards
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend rotations
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
