Responsibilities
- Execute daily sorting, scanning, and packaging of incoming and outgoing shipments with a focus on high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through real-time stock updates and routine cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and fully compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak operational hours.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven commitment to safety compliance.
