Your Mission
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution centers run smoothly after hours. We are looking for team players who take pride in accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and scanning.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect inventory for damage and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet safety standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift handover team to resolve any issues.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (no split shifts).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
