- Perform inventory counts and maintain detailed stock records
- Prioritize order fulfillment to meet overnight delivery deadlines
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift transitions
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
