Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and packaging tasks according to safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts (certification preferred but not required).
- Inspect products for quality defects and package them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
