Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate standard warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare goods for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counting and inventory organization during the night cycle.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift team to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not always required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail-oriented work.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
