Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of freight and materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct thorough inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated zones.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, to maintain a secure work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (if certified) and perform general housekeeping duties.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Document daily activities and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
