Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot basic software issues efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate records in internal databases and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of operations and handover of critical tasks.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies or security concerns immediately.
- Assist in the onboarding process for temporary staff and coordinate shift schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative assistance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
