Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions across Raleigh's thriving industrial and healthcare sectors
- Conduct after-hours interviews and assessments for warehouse, healthcare, and manufacturing roles
- Build and maintain relationships with night shift managers at Fortune 500 companies in the Research Triangle
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations for overnight assignments including onboarding and payroll coordination
- Analyze labor market trends to optimize night shift placement strategies for our Raleigh clientele
- Develop innovative sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill night positions using digital platforms
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor regulations for overnight work arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven night shift placement success
- Deep knowledge of Raleigh's night shift labor market and local industrial hubs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to conduct professional interviews after 10 PM
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with after-hours access capabilities
- Valid North Carolina staffing license and clean background check
- Experience placing candidates in healthcare, warehousing, or manufacturing environments
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills for addressing unique night shift staffing challenges
