Responsibilities
- Staff overnight warehouse and distribution centers with qualified candidates
- Manage candidate onboarding for night shift positions in real-time
- Coordinate transportation logistics for late-shift staff deployments
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and safety protocols during night operations
- Process payroll and attendance records for night shift personnel
- Respond to urgent staffing requests during overnight hours
- Conduct quality assurance checks at client sites during night shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software
- Excellent problem-solving skills for urgent staffing scenarios
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred
