- Ensure compliance with state and federal labor regulations for night shifts
- Maintain accurate documentation of placements and candidate records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Strong communication skills with ability to work during overnight hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of OSHA guidelines for night shift workplace safety
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
