Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for night shift healthcare positions
- Coordinate with client facilities to align staffing requirements with candidate qualifications
- Process onboarding documentation and background checks for night shift placements
- Manage candidate databases and track placement metrics
- Build relationships with healthcare providers across Memphis metropolitan area
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and healthcare staffing regulations
- Provide ongoing support to placed candidates during night assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
- Valid Tennessee healthcare background check certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
