Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years recruitment/staffing experience with night shift focus
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
