Responsibilities
- Process urgent staffing requests from healthcare facilities and industrial clients during night hours
- Screen and match qualified candidates to open positions using our ATS system
- Conduct phone interviews and onboarding for night shift candidates
- Coordinate with clients to confirm staffing needs and resolve emergent issues
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with labor regulations
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless workflow transitions
- Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City's healthcare and industrial sectors
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
