- Manage real-time scheduling for 200+ night shift professionals
- Resolve urgent staffing gaps within 2-hour response windows
- Conduct compliance verification for night shift credentials
- Implement predictive staffing models using historical data
- Facilitate onboarding for night shift contract employees
- Collaborate with hospital directors to optimize overnight coverage
Qualifications
- 3+ years healthcare staffing or night shift coordination experience
- CA RN license or medical staffing certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Kronos/Avant staffing software
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure overnight scenarios
- Data analytics experience with staffing metrics
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend rotations
