Responsibilities
- Manage overnight staffing operations for healthcare facilities and warehouses across Houston
- Coordinate urgent placements and on-call staffing requests during night shifts
- Maintain accurate records of employee schedules, timesheets, and compliance documents
- Provide 24/7 support to clients and temporary staff via phone and digital platforms
- Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews for overnight shift candidates
- Ensure all placements adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and client-specific regulations
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of critical information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or healthcare coordination experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with written and verbal proficiency
- Proficient in staffing software and MS Office Suite
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during high-pressure situations
