Responsibilities
- Patrol designated premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts
- Enforce access control procedures for employees and visitors
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct regular equipment checks and safety inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service to night-shift staff
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Security Guard License (Act 235)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in CCTV monitoring and access control systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
