Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely handle and operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to move materials.
- Packaging & Shipping: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and quality control.
