Responsibilities
- Oversee daily night shift operations and ensure all logistics workflows run efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule staff assignments to meet client demand during off-hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards across the night shift workforce.
- Address and resolve operational issues or staff conflicts in real-time.
- Generate and analyze shift reports to identify trends and improve productivity.
- Train and mentor new night shift hires on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or staffing coordination.
- Proven ability to work effectively during the night shift and maintain high energy levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory management software.
