Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for end-users during night operations.
- Monitor system alerts, logs, and server health to proactively prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security protocols and compliance standards.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to hand over critical issues and status updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and access control systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for evening shift reporting.
