- Monitor and maintain server systems and cloud services during overnight operations

- Document incident reports and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Implement security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments
- Train users on system updates and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cloud platforms
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
